GENESIS RECRUITERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Construction Foreman to lead on-site crews across various project sites.

You will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards, while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction experience, including supervisory roles, with strong leadership, blueprints interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in basic construction management software and MS Office.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
