Now, we’re looking for a Fullstack Developer L3 to join our team and work on high-impact products using Flutter and Python , including desktop applications built with Flutter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of fullstack applications using Flutter (mobile + desktop) and Python backends.
• Design and implement clean, scalable, and maintainable architectures.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and other engineers to create intuitive and performant user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Investigate and solve complex technical problems and performance bottlenecks.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience , with proven fullstack delivery.
• Advanced expertise in Flutter , including building desktop applications (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Strong proficiency in Python , with hands-on experience in modern backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Comfortable integrating REST APIs, managing state in Flutter (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod), and applying responsive design principles.
• Experience with Clean Architecture or similar scalable patterns.
• Advanced English —you’ll be communicating with international teams and clients.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of operating in a high-performance remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strong academic background in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
