What you will do:
  • Execute Proofs of Concept and Pilots to inspire and validate technical requirements
  • Design and implement solutions to optimize the functionality of the product experience platform
  • Build customer assets to enable customers to achieve value more quickly
  • Communicate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items
  • Support strategic customers as they implement our solution
  • Maintain working knowledge of the products and services
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality assets that drive the success of the innovative solutions
What you need to succeed in this role:
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C2 for both spoken and written)
  • Possess at least two web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web services)
  • Demonstrate understanding of web application design and operations
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Dedication to teamwork and collaborative achievement
  • Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments
  • Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Will be a great plus:
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
