What you will do:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs

What you need to succeed:
  • Excellent English skills (C1 level in both spoken and written)

  • Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
