Capgemini Engineering is seeking a FlowOne Developer to design, develop, and support telecom fulfilment and service orchestration solutions. You will contribute to end-to-end telecom transformation projects, working within Agile teams to deliver scalable software and integrations.

You will leverage Java, Python, and scripting skills while participating in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Hybrid work arrangements and international project exposure are offered.

Formación

• Proven experience in software development within telecommunications environments.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia FlowOne solutions and telecom fulfilment platforms.
• Experience delivering customer-facing telecom transformation and service orchestration projects.
• Strong software development background in Java, OOP, and software design principles.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, Web Services, and enterprise system integrations.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience in Agile software development environments and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, customize, integrate, and support FlowOne-based solutions in telecom environments.
• Contribute to solution architecture, software development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Collaborate with architects, integration specialists, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Develop integration with OSS/BSS platforms and external applications via REST APIs and web services.
• Build and maintain end-to-end orchestration workflows across multiple domains.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

YOUR ROLE

As a FlowOne Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting telecom fulfilment and service orchestration solutions within complex customer environments.

You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end telecom transformation projects, contributing to solution architecture, software development, system integration, testing, deployment, and operational support. Working within Agile teams, you will collaborate with architects, integration specialists, business analysts, and customer stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions based on the Nokia FlowOne platform.
• Developing fulfilment and service orchestration workflows supporting telecom provisioning processes.
• Implementing catalogue-driven orchestration and automation solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Building reusable software components, integrations, and automation capabilities.
• Participating in solution architecture discussions and contributing to technical designs.
• Designing and developing integrations with OSS/BSS platforms, network systems, and external applications through REST APIs and web services.
• Developing and maintaining end-to-end orchestration workflows across multiple technology domains.
• Troubleshooting integration issues and supporting service activation processes.
• Developing software primarily using Java and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Creating automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
• Performing unit testing, integration testing, validation, and defect resolution.
• Supporting UAT, deployment, migration, and Go-Live activities.
• Translating customer requirements into technical solutions and implementation designs.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Producing technical documentation and sharing knowledge across teams.
• Mentoring junior developers and supporting technical capability growth within the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in software development within telecommunications environments.
