Caterpillar Brazil in Sao Paulo is seeking a Fleet Monitoring Center Supervisor to lead the LatAm FMC team and oversee proactive monitoring of connected equipment. You will transform machine data into actionable recommendations to improve uptime, productivity, reliability, and total cost of ownership.

As the local leader, you will drive operational excellence, collaborate with customers and dealers, and ensure compliance with data governance and regional requirements while developing the team

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Pre-advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Experience with Caterpillar equipment and VisionLink/Product Link.
• Experience leading technical support or remote monitoring teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Fleet Monitoring Analysts to deliver proactive fleet monitoring services.
• Oversee machine health monitoring and provide recommendations to prevent equipment failures.
• Establish service standards and ensure timely response to customer and dealer needs.
• Drive data-driven decisions using telematics, SOS, and service history data.
• Partner with customers, dealers, and internal teams to improve uptime and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and operational requirements.
• Foster a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.

The role is responsible for transforming machine data into actionable recommendations that improve customer uptime, productivity, reliability, and total cost of ownership.As the local leader of the FMC operation in Latam, this position supports Caterpillar's Customer Solutions strategy while ensuring compliance with data residency requirements.
