Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Costa Rica FP&A Team

The Costa Rica FP&A Team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Technology business. The role involves responsibilities such as month-end close, cost forecasting, annual budgeting, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting ad hoc analyses. You will provide internal cost partner support within the team and collaborate with Finance teams across Global Technology at Experian. The position reports to the FP&A Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance Business Partners to manage forecasts, actuals, and optimize spending.
• Oversee full P&L MMC and month-end processes, communicating with partners including CTO, BU, and CFO.
• Manage Capital Expenditure processes and forecasts, along with Balance Sheet controls for Prepayments and Accruals.
• Summarize complex financial information into high-level commentary for executive audiences (CFO, CTO), both written and verbal.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, CPA, or similar (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive finance experience, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in commercial finance, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Ability to interpret large datasets, verify accuracy, and derive insights, with familiarity in BI tools and financial systems (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, Hyperion preferred).
