Primary Responsibilities of This Role Include:

1. Conduct the budget process.
2. Consolidate and analyze actual vs. budgeted figures and financial performance of Business Units and corporate areas.
3. Manage and prepare revenue and cost forecasts.
4. Develop reports and dashboards.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, controllership, or related areas.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and people development skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
• Openness to give and receive feedback.
• Result-driven and client-oriented mindset.

Location: Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, SP (hybrid system)
