Position: Financial Modeling and Investment Analyst

We are seeking an Analyst/Consultant with expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis related to the energy transition.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge in financial modeling, project finance, and corporate finance, preferably with experience in the electricity sector involving infrastructure, generation, and renewable energy projects.

We value proactive professionals interested in developing in various energy sector topics within a dynamic environment, capable of working autonomously and cultivating strategic relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degrees and CFA certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in corporate finance, accounting, financial modeling, project finance, and valuation.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project modeling and valuation.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in the electricity sector, renewable energy projects, energy transition, auctions, or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Building complex financial models for energy sector projects and technologies.
• Valuation, due diligence, and feasibility analysis of projects.
• Modeling and analysis of capital structure, fundraising, cost of capital, and returns.
• Constructing sensitivities and scenario analyses.
• Supporting other consulting and M&A activities with financial modeling and analysis tools.
