At MP AGRO, a subsidiary of AMAZONE located in Ibaté, São Paulo, Brazil, we are known for our exceptional quality and innovation in developing, manufacturing, and distributing advanced and sustainable fertilizer technology. To further strengthen our operations, we are seeking a Finance Manager to take responsibility for all financial aspects of the company and play a key role in driving efficiency and compliance while fostering growth.

Your tasks / This is what you move with us

• Shape financial success: Take full ownership of all financial matters, from tax and accounting to strategic financial management, ensuring the company’s sustainable growth.
• Drive compliance and efficiency: Build and implement a robust internal control system that optimizes processes and safeguards compliance with Brazilian regulations.
• Lead with impact: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and uncovering opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
• Be a trusted advisor: Collaborate closely with our German shareholder, local management, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders to align on financial strategies and provide insights in English.
• Master international trade: Oversee import and export activities, ensuring that tax and financial considerations are expertly managed.
• Inspire your team: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 17 financial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Your qualifications / This is what you bring with you

• Finance expertise: A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, paired with a strong track record in financial management, auditing, and taxation.
• Brazilian know-how: Deep knowledge of the Brazilian tax and legal system, combined with hands-on experience in organizing import and export processes.
• Industry experience: Background in machinery and equipment manufacturing, ideally in agriculture, construction, or forestry, gives you an edge.
• Global mindset: Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential; German is a plus. You thrive in a multicultural environment and excel at bridging international and local perspectives.
• Leadership skills: You’re a natural leader who knows how to inspire teams, manage complexity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solver mentality: Your analytical mindset and proactive approach make you a trusted decision-maker, even under pressure.
