Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance (CRC active a plus)
• Experience in internal control, internal/external audit, or financial management
• Advanced English for reports and HQ communication
• Knowledge of CPC/IFRS, Brazilian tax legislation, and COSO framework
• Experience with SAP or Oracle and Power BI / Advanced Excel
• LGPD knowledge desirable, not mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Map, document, and review critical operational and financial processes
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to existing controls
• Manage corporate approval workflows (Ringi system)
• Monitor revenue and expense cycles, AP/AR, treasury, and fixed assets
• Ensure compliance with CPC/IFRS and local tax regulations (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS)
• Analyze financial statements to identify anomalies or fraud risks
• Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits
• Maintain and update the company's risk matrix
• Track action plans resulting from audits and inspections
• Leverage SAP/Oracle and BI tools for analysis and reporting
• Prepare management reports to support decision-making

A major Japanese multinational in the technology and manufacturing sector is establishing its internal controls area and opening a brand-new opportunity for a Financial Controller with a strong analytical profile, systemic vision, and hands‑on approach.

This role reports directly to the Finance Director, with regular interaction with external teams, acting as the technical reference for internal controls, financial compliance, and audit.

Your Mission:

Internal Process Control

• Map, document, and review critical operational and financial processes
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to existing controls
• Manage corporate approval workflows (Ringi system)
• Monitor revenue and expense cycles, AP/AR, treasury, and fixed assets
• Ensure compliance with CPC/IFRS and local tax regulations (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS)
• Analyze financial statements to identify anomalies or fraud risks
• Serve as the focal point for internal (headquarters) and external audits
• Maintain and update the company's risk matrix
• Track action plans resulting from audits and regulatory inspections
• Leverage ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI / Advanced Excel) for analysis and reporting
• Prepare management reports to support decision‑making

Requirements:
