Bacardi in Brazil seeks a strategic Finance leader to own the Brazil P&L, lead forecasting, planning and risks, and partner with the Leadership Team to translate commercial strategy into solid financial outcomes.

You will lead a finance team, drive Revenue Growth Management, pricing and trade investments, and deliver executive insights to accelerate growth across Brazil and the LAC region.

Qualificações

  • Strong experience in Finance within FMCG or beverages, with responsibility for business performance and decision support.
  • Broad experience across Performance Management, FP&A, Commercial Finance and Revenue Growth Management, able to integrate these disciplines into one agenda.
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance with at least 3 years leading financial teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the Brazil Finance Performance, Commercial Finance and Revenue Growth Management agenda as strategic business partner to the Brazil Leadership Team.
  • Own end-to-end financial performance including P&L management, forecasting, planning, risks and opportunities.
  • Drive annual planning, target-setting and performance management aligning commercial objectives with resources.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing and Supply Chain to provide financial challenge and recommendations on investments and commercial initiatives.
  • Lead Revenue Growth Management, identifying opportunities in pricing, trade investment, promotions and product mix.
  • Deliver insightful analyses and executive-level recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team within the finance function.
  • Drive continuous improvement, governance and financial discipline through automation and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the Brazil Finance Performance, Commercial Finance and Revenue Growth Management agenda, acting as a strategic business partner to the Brazil Leadership Team and translating commercial strategy into financial outcomes.
  • Own the end-to-end financial performance of the business, including P&L management, forecasting, planning, risks and opportunities, ensuring clear visibility of current and future performance.
  • Drive the annual planning, target-setting and performance management processes, aligning commercial objectives, financial commitments and resource allocation to deliver sustainable profitable growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing and Supply Chain leaders to provide financial challenge, decision support and recommendations on commercial investments, customer agreements, innovations and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda, identifying opportunities across pricing, trade investment, promotional effectiveness, pack-price architecture, product mix and customer profitability to maximize value creation.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and executive-level recommendations to the Brazil and LAC Leadership Teams, communicating business performance, risks, opportunities and strategic actions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, including direct management of the Performance Management Coordinator and Senior Commercial Finance & RGM Analyst, while fostering capability development across the broader finance team.
  • Drive continuous improvement, governance and financial discipline, enhancing processes, reporting, controls and decision-making through simplification, automation and best-in-class financial practices.
SKILLS -
  • Strong experience in Finance within FMCG, consumer goods, beverages or another commercially dynamic industry, with demonstrated responsibility for business performance and commercial decision support.
  • Broad experience across Performance Management, FP&A, Commercial Finance and Revenue Growth Management, with the ability to integrate these disciplines into one coherent business agenda.
  • 10 Years of experience in Finance with at least 3 years leading financial teams.
  • Strong command of full P&L management, forecasting, scenario planning, risk and opportunity management, gross-to-net, pricing, trade investment, rebates, discounts, A&P and profitability analysis.
  • Strong understanding of RGM levers, including pricing, mix, pack-price architecture, promotional effectiveness, trade investment optimization, customer profitability and channel economics. With experience evaluating customer and commercial proposals using incremental P&L analysis, ROI, payback, sensitivity analysis.
  • Strong business-partnering capability, including the confidence to challenge commercial assumptions constructively and influence decisions without relying solely on formal authority. Operate effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Experience leading and developing finance professionals with different levels of seniority, establishing priorities, delegating effectively and creating accountability across the team.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and deliver concise, decision-oriented messages to the Brazil and LAC leadership teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish would be an advantage given the interaction with South America and LAC stakeholders.
