We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, sharp logical reasoning, comfort with numbers and financial analysis, and intermediate Excel skills (including VBA and Power Query). If you thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment, this is the right place for you!

What you will be doing

1. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
2. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
3. Investigate and follow up on pending issues until resolution.
4. Classify and standardize bank statements and related financial controls.
5. Review specific transactions such as expatriations, funding, payments, and transfers.
6. Monitor bank fees and propose cost-saving improvements.
7. Prepare reliable data sets to support the team.
8. Support internal audits and adhere to schedules and procedures.
9. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.

Requirements

1. Experience in financial operations, especially in bank reconciliations.
2. Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
3. Clear communication, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.
4. Well-organized, with a systemic view and adaptability.
5. Intermediate Excel skills, including VBA and Power Query.
6. Basic Python knowledge is a plus.
7. Experience in audit or finance departments is advantageous.
