Job Summary

This position has the opportunity to participate in cost strategy projects, support administration with valuable insights, performs analytical tasks and initiatives on huge amount of data to support data-driven business decision.

What You Will Do

Possible areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Work with various business partners to understand business and data needs and devise appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to solve challenging problems and independently manage projects to meet expectations and deadlines from partners.
• Maintain effective internal communication across business partners.
• Support the design and development of strategic projects and goals, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvement.
• Maintain and develop PBI´s to improve process efficiency.
• Maintain and improve Axiom (budget system) supporting CBL and several facilities as system administrator within EMD creating reports, tables, system rules if required.
• Lead to define requirements and scope of data analysis, presenting and reporting possible business insights to management using data visualization technologies.
  
  

What You Have - Skills

Accuracy and Attention to Detail & Effective Communications: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Financial Analysis & Financial Reporting: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Accounting, Administration or Economics).
• Pre-advanced English.
• Experience in data analytics techniques, working and transforming data, Power BI and SQL

• Advanced/ Fluent English.
• Highly proficient in SQL and Snowflake
• Experience using Axiom
• Experience doing data science and business intelligence using Python
• Office 365 (Power BI / Power Apps / Power Automate, etc)
