PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at an early stage of its development in finance operations. As a Finance Analyst, you will manage key financial tasks and reporting to ensure smooth operations. You will contribute to shaping an evolving financial structure and provide insights that support decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Operations
• Daily tasks including accounting for invoices and expenses (compliance with tax regulations), reconciliation of current accounts (clients and suppliers), accounting for payments and receipts, uploading payments in home banking, and supporting financial and administrative matters.
• Monthly tasks such as reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, income statement analysis, and preparation of financial statements.
• Reporting
• Creating cash flow reports to support business strategy.
• Administrative & Bureaucratic Tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of experience in Portuguese finance operations, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and treasury management.
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, management, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly present financial insights.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
