Sibelco in Brazil (Jarinu) invites graduates to join its Global Graduate Programme – Finance Transformation Analyst. This two-year rotation provides hands-on experience in key operational and commercial roles with real business projects and early exposure to strategic decision-making.

Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, enabling long-term career prospects within Sibelco. The role supports strategic Finance initiatives across South America and may require relocation

Qualificações

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required).
• High proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support business decisions.
• Support Finance project activities: integration planning, SAP implementation tracking, TSA execution, and KPI monitoring.
• Develop management dashboards and performance reports for regional Finance leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements across Finance and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and HR to drive transformation projects.

Graduate Programme – Finance Transformation Analyst

Location: Brazil, Jarinu.

The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership

The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of promising individuals. It is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles, providing hands‑on experience with real business projects and early exposure to strategic decision‑making.

Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco. As part of this programme, we are recruiting a Graduate Finance Transformation Analyst to support strategic Finance initiatives across South America.

Graduates must also be open to spending part of the programme in a different location from this initial one in Jarinu.

Your Impact in This Role:

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data to support business decisions
• Supporting Finance Project activities: integration planning, SAP implementation tracking, TSA execution, and KPI monitoring

What You Bring to the Table:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset and data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required)
• High proficiency in English and brazilian.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and learning agility
• Interest in transformation and the ability to work across functions
• A driver’s license is a plus
