Description

Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for a Finance Supervisor located in Sao Jose Dos Campos or São Paulo, Brazil.

The Supply Chain Finance team manages the financial aspects of the company's supply chain, including sourcing, production, and delivery. Responsibilities include managing costs, mitigating risks, and optimizing performance across the supply chain. The team collaborates with various departments to integrate financial considerations into supply chain decisions, analyzing data, reporting on performance metrics, developing strategies, and implementing cost-saving plans.

The Lead Financial Analyst will develop and execute financial strategies to optimize supply chain performance, working closely with other departments and stakeholders to manage costs, risks, and efficiency. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.

What You Will Do

The Lead Financial Analyst will:

  • Own and lead business planning, forecasting, month-end close, and budget vs. actual analysis for Supply Chain Spend.
  • Prepare management review decks and communicate insights to support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize the supply chain value chain.
  • Partner with Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams.
  • Provide strategic analytical support and share best practices.
  • Work with finance leadership to provide performance insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on supply chain market trends and key indicators.
  • Build transparent partnerships with key finance teams.
  • Promote business and financial best practices and process improvements.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management.
  • At least 6 years of finance or related experience, preferably in supply chain.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in Cost and Inventory accounting.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to define problems, analyze data, and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to work independently, recommend improvements, and handle multiple tasks.

Desired:

  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience as a finance or business partner.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Compliance background and experience.
