• Estruturar funções em torno de marcas para melhorar a agilidade nos aprovações de crédito.
• Gerenciar relatórios e supervisionar a aprovação de crédito, assegurando conformidade.
• Apoiar a saúde financeira da rede de concessionárias.

Your impact

By structuring functions around brands, we align with company needs and strategies. This role focuses on Wholesale, dealer relationships, and end customers, ensuring agility in credit releases, cash flow, financial performance analysis, and the financial sustainability of the network. The goal is to strengthen the financial health of our dealership network.

As AGCO's objectives become more challenging, increasing autonomy for rapid decision-making is essential. This includes negotiations with dealers, dealership network owners, and financial agents, as well as credit feasibility analysis and financial risk assessment to prevent losses. The role also involves inventory control and providing support to the dealership network, financial agents, and commercial areas.

Your experience and qualifications

• Support credit processes and negotiations with the dealer network.
• Manage reports and oversee credit approval, ensuring compliance with AGCO policies.
• Focus on results to maintain the financial health of the dealer network and facilitate credit negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Word.
• Advanced English for global reporting.
