Finance Manager - Global PICC

Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for a Finance Manager, located in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil.

The PICC (Principal, Inventory, Costing and Currency) Finance team is responsible for Inventory Management, complex financial transactions and flows, costing, currency and intercompany pricing. PICC team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions, analysis and reporting are accurate and compliant in line with Kenvue guidelines.

The Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model through strong collaboration across the Business and Finance. In addition, understanding of the SC processes, systems and ability to effectively frame and communicate with senior leaders, will be important to success and to the team as a whole.

What You Will Do

The Finance Manager may be responsible for the following:

• Support development of financial forecasts, perform closing activities and analyses of results.

• Manage intercompany transactions and regional pricing

• Ensure timely preparation and in-depth analysis of the currency impacts for budget updates and actuals

• Support analysis on manufacturing and intercompany affiliates variances

• Prepare management review decks and effectively frame & communicate business insights to Lead management to help inform and drive fact-based decisions

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze and optimize aspects of the supply chain value chain

• Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Business partnering (i.e. Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, Leadership Teams)

• Share business and financial best practices/procedures across the region

• Focus on process improvement and standardization

• Promote collaboration and uses best practices to provide strategic analytic support to the team and organization.

• Participate in other special projects as needed

• Performs other duties assigned as needed

• Lead teams, if necessary

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Educational Background

• A minimum of a bachelor's Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management

• Master's Degree (Preferred): An MBA or a master's in finance or accounting, CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) may be preferred.

• Advanced English is mandatory (Spanish is a plus)

Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, with a focus on supply chain finance, accounting, or a related area.

• Experience handling intercompany transactions and understanding the complexities involved.

• Experience in analyzing purchase price variances and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

• Familiarity with international finance issues, including currency impacts and foreign exchange management.

• Compliance background and experience

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and make data-driven decisions.

• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and analysis.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.

• Strong financial modeling skills

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to management.

• The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

• The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements

• Ability to lead small teams

• Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions.

• Experience in leading finance teams or projects, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
