Key job responsibilities

1. Financial controllership: understanding actuals, challenging variances, and tracking action plans to achieve financial results.
2. Financial modeling: providing analytical support and validating financial and operational results.
3. Ensuring high levels of financial controls and data integrity.
4. Actively partnering with business teams for growth and profitability.
5. Providing accurate and insightful financial reports.
6. Identifying opportunities to apply global standards and transfer tasks to central teams.

Minimum qualifications

• Experience in finance or a related analytical field.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, etc.).
• Experience with Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
• Applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
• Building financial and operational reports/data sets for decision-making.
• Creating process improvements through automation and analysis.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
• Identifying data issues, root causes, and creating escalation plans.
• Team management experience.
• MBA or CPA qualification.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos).
