In this role, you will collaborate, contribute to projects, and share experiences with the Global Finance team. We believe that teamwork is essential for supporting business growth and maintaining consistency across our global group.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  2. Develop and implement financial procedures and controls to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in coordination with group finance.
  3. Oversee routines related to accounting, invoicing, bookkeeping, and administrative procedures.
  4. Prepare financial reports, including monthly reports to group finance and local management.
  5. Monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts.
  6. Handle interactions with Brazilian authorities regarding tax and VAT matters, and support management as needed.
  7. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax filings.
  8. Provide financial advice and support to management for key business decisions.

Our products help online bookmakers and casinos acquire and retain users. Our partners include bet365, Ladbrokes, Coral, Matchbook, Unibet, among others.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local GAAP, and IFRS (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Proactive team player comfortable in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
