UBS is seeking a motivated Credit Risk intern in São Paulo to support analysis and preparation of credit requests after assessing risks, structures and economic rationales, monitor the credit risk portfolio, and assist in the reporting of credit information.

You will collaborate with the Global Wealth Management Latin America and Caribbean team, develop strong communication and Excel skills, and learn how AI can improve workflows while maintaining sound judgment and risk standards.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in administration, economics or related area with graduation date expected for December 2027 or after.
• Advanced English and fluent Portuguese preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to liaise with partners across functions.
• Curiosity about applying AI to improve workflows with sound judgment.

Your role

• support analysis and preparation of credit requests after assessing credit risks, structures and economic rationales
• monitor the credit risk portfolio, with daily reports
• assist in the preparation and reporting of credit related information
• support the team in the proactive management of risks including timely identification of positions at risk and undertaking of appropriate actions/escalation

Your team

The Credit Risk team supports the Global Wealth Management structure in Latin America and Caribbean and it is responsible to ensure the high quality of credit decisions, perform required due diligence, daily credit monitoring and maintenance, and prepare reports with credit related information.

Your expertise

• undergraduate degree in administration, economics or related areas with graduation date expected for december 2027 or after
