Finance & Administrative Manager

Requirements
  • More than 6 years of experience in Finance and Administration
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Knowledge of financial accounting and accounting policies
  • Experience with financial documents: Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balances
  • Understanding of tax obligations
  • Billing and collection experience
Activities
  • Finance leadership in Brazil, reporting to Mexico
  • Invoicing, collection, and negotiation with customers and suppliers in Brazil
  • Manage the accounts receivable process
  • Review regional accounting and tax processes in Brazil
