Atlas Copco seeks a Field Technician I- Industrial Flow South America to inspect, repair, and commission LEWA equipment. You will perform disassembly, testing, and generate detailed service reports, both on-site and remotely, ensuring proper packing and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and control LEWA equipment submitted for evaluation and/or repair; ensure proper identification and cleanliness.
• Disassemble and analyze equipment requiring repair; prepare reports detailing wear, damage, failures, and spare parts list.
• Request spare parts from warehouse for maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and repair activities; test on bench and generate test reports; pack repaired equipment securely.
• Conduct on-site visits for commissioning, start-up, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and field assessments; prepare service visit reports.
• Provide remote technical support and document all customer interactions.
• Maintain tools and ensure inventory of workshop materials and travel equipment.
• Monitor consumables and submit replenishment requests; perform assembly/testing of new equipment at facility.

Field Technician I- Industrial Flow South America

Your role

• Receive, inspect, and control LEWA equipment submitted for evaluation and/or repair. Ensure proper identification, organization, and cleanliness of equipment undergoing maintenance.
• Perform disassembly and technical analysis of equipment requiring repair. Prepare technical reports detailing wear, damage, failures, and the list of required spare parts in accordance with the equipment maintenance manual.
• Request spare parts required for equipment maintenance from the warehouse.
• Carry out maintenance and repair activities, perform testing using the test bench, and generate test reports documenting the repairs performed. Ensure repaired equipment is properly packed using the available packaging materials.
• Conduct on-site customer visits for commissioning, start-up, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and field assessments. Prepare detailed service visit reports.
• Provide remote technical support to customers whenever possible, addressing equipment-related inquiries and documenting all customer interactions.
• Control and maintain all tools used in workshop activities and business travel, ensuring they remain organized, clean, and properly inventoried.
• Monitor workshop consumables and submit purchase requests when replenishment is required.
• Perform occasional assembly and testing of new equipment at the manufacturing facility.
