Technicians earn between $22 and $24.50 per hour on average, with top performers earning up to $35 per hour. The base rate is $17 per hour guaranteed for the first year.

SUI offers paid training, a company vehicle, advanced tools, and a company phone.

Earn bonuses weekly and monthly based on performance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Installing advanced technologies from brands like DISH, OnTech, Hughes, Viasat, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring.
• Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues and working with customers on solutions.
• Educating customers on installed equipment and potential value-added products and services.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong customer service skills, friendliness, motivation, high work ethic, and integrity.
• Ability to safely operate equipment like aerial lifts and ladders within weight limits (330 lbs).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 40 feet.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, and in all climates.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
