Une entreprise de référence dans le secteur alimentaire recherche un technicien de service sur le terrain pour assurer la maintenance et la continuité de la production des équipements de boulangerie. Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme technique et une expérience dans le secteur. Des compétences en diagnostic et une connaissance des normes de sécurité sont indispensables.

Qualificações

  • Expérience avérée dans la maintenance d'équipements de boulangerie.
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité applicables (NR-12, NR-06, NR-10).
  • Anglais de base est un plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Effectuer des inspections et de la maintenance préventive sur les équipements de boulangerie.
  • Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes mécaniques, électriques et électroniques.
  • Préparer des rapports techniques et suggérer des améliorations.

The company is looking for a Field Service Technician with hands-on technical knowledge of equipment used in the bakery sector, such as ovens, mixers, kneaders, sheeters, cutting tables, and proofing chambers.

This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, safety, and production continuity at client sites, providing both technical and consultative support in the field.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on bakery equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
  • Prepare technical reports and suggest improvements for equipment and processes
  • Train operators on preventive maintenance practices
  • Follow service execution schedules and ensure operational efficiency
  • Work in accordance with technical and safety regulations (NR-12, NR-06, NR-10)
  • Maintain close and professional relationships with clients
  • Oversee mechanical operations to ensure proper equipment functioning
  • Be available for service calls and travel as per internal scheduling
  • Monitor KPIs and propose actions to optimize service processes
  • Safeguard internal and client information security

Requirements :

  • Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields
  • Proven experience in maintaining bakery equipment or related industries
  • Basic technical knowledge of baking processes : dough types, fermentation, baking, and quality control
  • Skilled in diagnostics, tools, and testing equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards applicable to the field (NR-12, NR-06, NR-10)
  • Basic English is a plus

Location : Variable, with availability for domestic travel based on client demand

Work model : On-site, field-based

Employment type : Full-time | CLT contract
