• Analisar o desempenho do produto em campo e propor melhorias.

More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Field Quality Engineer in Varginha, Brazil with Signify.

• Execute complaint resolution process for escalated complex complaints at the product level.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams using 8D methodology and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze product performance in the field and propose improvement programs to meet targets.
• Analyze external CoNQ and propose improvement programs to meet targets.
• Train and instruct markets on problem-solving approaches using existing processes like knowledge documents.

• Bachelor's degree completed
• Strong experience in a Quality role
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction
• Practical experience with Quality Tools: 8D, 2 Why, Trend Analysis
• Data & Fact-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills, including courageous conversations
• Fluency in English is required
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones

*This is an on-site position based at the Varginha factory.
