What You Will Do

• Prepare corporate events for liquid and structured investment funds;
• Analyze contracts for fund operations and public offerings, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance;
• Participate actively in internal meetings, discussing relevant topics and contributing to strategic decisions;
• Draft memoranda and minutes, documenting meetings and decisions for clarity and traceability;
• Monitor regulatory routines to ensure the company remains compliant with relevant requirements.

What We Seek

• Complete higher education in Law, Administration, or related fields;
• Experience in capital markets, investment funds, public offerings, and operations of FII, FIP, and FIDCs;
• Knowledge of CVM Resolution 160 and CVM Resolution 175.
