Fullstack Developer React+Node

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer with expertise in React and Node.js to work on one of our client’s largest products—a global career advice content hub that spans 26 different locales and hosts thousands of articles to help job seekers excel in their careers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing and product management teams to enhance website features, maintain the content management system (CMS) platform, and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify improvements that drive organic traffic and user engagement.
• Ensure the continuous development and optimization of the content hub, maintaining scalability across different locales.
• Manage MongoDB environments, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and maintain infrastructure using AWS and Terraform.
• Drive continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab.
• Utilize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and AI-driven systems to enhance the content platform’s functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance, following best practices for agile development.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in fullstack development with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
• Basic proficiency in Java.
• Expertise with GitLab for version control and CI/CD.
• Experience managing cloud environments with AWS and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and AI-driven system integration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working with Mac OS.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
• Advanced skills in GraphQL schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with Spark and Scala for big data processing.
• Familiarity with LlamaIndex and large-scale AI data management.
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Information Retrieval.
