Qualificações

• Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência funcional ou técnica, sendo 3 anos em posição equivalente.

As a FC&A Issue Manager, you will coordinate a global and regional issue management platform to prevent ingredient availability, quality or compliance issues from becoming business disruptions.

You will report to the Latam Regional Technical Director and you will work onsite with a possibility to one day a week from home.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage regional pipeline of ingredient-related reformulation change projects.
• Take the lead for global issues, as decided by appropriate governance.
• Anticipate and review required process changes based on established policy and propose improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance trends relevant and manage internal/external stakeholders’ expectations through alignment on required improvement actions.
• Work with Flavourist and Spec & Formula management groups to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Provide input and insight to root cause analysis activities to reduce repetitive issues.
• Establish and perform training programs.
• Establish required drum-beats with and reporting teams to ensure "on priority", "on time" and "on quality" execution.

You -Your professional profile includes:

Professional Experience:

• Business or Technical University degree at least at bachelor level.
• Function related experience of minimum 5 years of which at least 3 years in an equivalent position.
• Proven experience managing complex, global issues.
• Well established global network.

Technical Skills:

• Project management skills and utilization of project management techniques.
• Understanding of relevant QIC and FC&A processes (such as Ingredient life cycle Mgmt, Vendor Quality, Customer Quality requirements, Specification and Formula management, Continuous improvement, Complaint, Issue and Crisis Mgmt, Industrialization, Audit and Change Management, relevant to assigned domain of activity).
• Broad knowledge on Givaudan's order fulfillment, brief management, Regulatory and innovation processes (IDDC), relevant to assigned domain of activity.
• Experience with Givaudan's manufacturing technologies and product characteristics (such as liquids, spray drying, powder blending, process Flavors, JBC, Emulsions, separations, extractions), relevant to assigned domain of activity.
• Knowledge of Givaudan's main IT systems (such as Atlas, Athena, FPR, SAP, Compliance engine, PII, GSD, RMQ, QDMS, AVAP, ILM), relevant to assigned domain of activity.
• Good understanding of Food Safety and Quality Systems (such as FSSC, AIB, ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP) that are relevant to assigned domain of activity.
