Capgemini is seeking a senior UX Designer for a client project in Brazil. You will lead end-to-end UX design processes, conduct research, develop prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while upholding design systems and business goals.

The role requires 8 years of experience, strong English skills, and expertise in UX design, design research, and tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Flexible work arrangements are available.

Qualificações

• 8 years of experience in UX design and related fields.
• Fluent in English; interview will be in English.
• Strong knowledge of design systems and AI trends.
• Proven ability to lead user research and synthesize insights.
• Experience presenting findings to stakeholders.
