FBS is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major Policy Processing Platform Modernization, coordinating business, IT, and vendor teams to deliver a large-scale migration with quality and milestones met.

You will manage end-to-end projects, develop plans, track risks, and drive governance in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. Fluent English required; Bachelor’s degree mandatory. Experience with Agile/Hybrid methods and strong communication is essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale technology, transformation, or migration projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Teams; Rally experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus, but candidates from any industry are welcome.

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a major Policy Processing Platform Modernization initiative. You will lead project execution, coordinating business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of a large-scale platform migration while maintaining quality and meeting key milestones.
