Capgemini, partnering with Farmers Insurance, seeks a senior Finance professional to drive FP&A, budgeting, and strategic planning across multiple business units. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver financial insights, improve efficiency, and support enterprise growth in a highly matrixed environment.

The role requires strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, and ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong financial expertise. English fluency is essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior leadership experience managing finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual operating planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leaders.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify risks and opportunities through financial analysis.
• Partner with leaders to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs and performance management frameworks.
• Present results to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop a finance team and ensure governance.

This leadership role will support the Finance organization by driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making across multiple business units. The position will partner closely with senior business leaders to provide financial insights, improve operational efficiency, and support enterprise growth initiatives.

The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, financial expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior leadership experience managing finance teams. (Manager, etc)
• Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, portfolio planning, and P&L management
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven financial insights
• Track record of driving growth, profitability, process optimization, or automation initiatives
• Insurance industry experience preferred; banking or financial services experience also considered
• Fluent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial planning across multiple sales channels and product portfolios
• Enable faster and more effective business decisions through financial insights and forecasting models

Working Hours

6am - 3pm PST (Flexibility on the backend)
