Location:

Brazil – Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (EST)

What You’ll Do:
  1. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Service Ops, CX, IT, Analytics) to align on retention initiatives.
  2. Manage project plans, track milestones, and update charters and dashboards.
  3. Support rollout of retention tools like coaching forms, call flows, and cancellation processes.
  4. Monitor KPIs such as save rates and premium retained; review dashboards and reports.
  5. Facilitate communication, draft updates, and surface risks to leadership.
  6. Collaborate on training and readiness for frontline teams.
Experience:

- 4-7 years of experience.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in English (Interview in English)
  • Bachelor's degree
