We are hiring a Program Manager to support FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) Brazil. This role will be based at an Amazon Fulfillment Center (Cajamar) and will support the FBA team in managing operations. It is a people management role, leading a team of FBA Operations Managers across Brazil, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, S&OP, Program, Sales, Transportation, Legal, and others to drive strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at improving FBA operations—including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management. The focus is on process improvements across teams, identifying opportunities, mapping processes, proposing optimizations, and managing daily operations. The PM will develop and oversee metrics and reports, review performance, and serve as a bridge between FC operations and Business teams.
The FBA team in Amazon Brazil manages operations for sellers sending inventory to our Fulfillment Centers—from collection to delivery and returns. We oversee inventory management, removals, customer returns, reimbursements, and operational processes. As a data-driven team, we track metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements to benefit sellers and customers.
