Role Overview

We are hiring a Program Manager to support FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) Brazil. This role will be based at an Amazon Fulfillment Center (Cajamar) and will support the FBA team in managing operations. It is a people management role, leading a team of FBA Operations Managers across Brazil, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, S&OP, Program, Sales, Transportation, Legal, and others to drive strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at improving FBA operations—including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management. The focus is on process improvements across teams, identifying opportunities, mapping processes, proposing optimizations, and managing daily operations. The PM will develop and oversee metrics and reports, review performance, and serve as a bridge between FC operations and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the FBA Operations team, setting goals, metrics, projects, and priorities.
  2. Act as the link between FC Operations and FBA Business teams.
  3. Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities in existing processes and propose improvements.
  4. Dive deep into issues to differentiate between isolated problems and structural ones.
  5. Own and track key metrics and reports, assessing the impact of initiatives.
  6. Develop creative solutions to address pain points and enhance Seller Experience.
  7. Quantify the impact and potential of ideas and pain points.
  8. Support and influence product teams (both LATAM and global) on roadmap prioritization.
  9. Propose and create programmatic solutions and initiatives, developing business cases for the product team.
  10. Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
About the Team

The FBA team in Amazon Brazil manages operations for sellers sending inventory to our Fulfillment Centers—from collection to delivery and returns. We oversee inventory management, removals, customer returns, reimbursements, and operational processes. As a data-driven team, we track metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements to benefit sellers and customers.

Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience driving process improvements
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields
