We are looking for a Program Manager to support FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) in Brazil. This role is based at an Amazon FC in Cajamar and involves managing FBA operations. It is a people management role, leading a team of FBA Ops managers across Brazil and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management. The focus is on process improvements, identifying opportunities, mapping processes, and proposing optimizations, along with managing daily operations. The manager will also build and review performance metrics, serving as a bridge between FC operations and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the FBA Ops team, setting goals, metrics, projects, and priorities.
  2. Act as the link between FC Operations and FBA Business teams.
  3. Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities in existing processes and propose improvements.
  4. Analyze issues to distinguish isolated problems from systemic ones.
  5. Own and track key metrics and reports, assessing the impact of initiatives.
  6. Create innovative solutions to address pain points and enhance Seller Experience.
  7. Evaluate the impact of ideas and pain points, making them tangible.
  8. Support product teams (both LATAM and global) in roadmap prioritization.
  9. Develop programmatic solutions and business cases for product initiatives.
  10. Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
About the Team

FBA is a key team in Amazon Brazil, managing operations for sellers sending inventory to our fulfillment centers—from collection to delivery and returns. The Fulfillment Operations team oversees inventory management, removals, customer returns, reimbursements, and operational processes. We are a data-driven team committed to tracking metrics, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements to benefit sellers and customers.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience managing program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in process improvements.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, organizational development, or related fields.
