  • Consultative customer service;
  • Being a guardian of the in-store experience, spreading the brand culture;
  • Proactively accompanying the customer throughout their journey in the store, from entry to exit, ensuring a differentiated shopping experience;
  • Focus on loyalty and post-sales realization (through the Dito tool), keeping our customers always passionate;
  • Managing your own sales and deliveries, ensuring efficiency;
  • Boosting digital sales, promoting the salesperson code, and using social media, focusing on creating engagement and generating enchantment in each interaction;
  • Maintaining the store environment organized, following VM and fashion production standards;
  • Registering digital payment sales through the Somabox tool, ensuring a fast and secure payment experience.
  • Ability to work in a team, with a collaborative and inclusive spirit;
  • Facility of communication, with kindness in oratory and "listening";
  • Interest in fashion, trends, good conversations, and passion for what you do;
  • Mastery of digital tools and social media, essential for a brand that connects the physical and digital;
