Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in São Paulo is seeking a proactive student to join the Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) team. You will support day-to-day office operations, supplier management, and procurement activities, while collaborating on regional Latin America initiatives.

The role offers exposure to workplace strategy, vendor management, and budget controls in a dynamic, international environment. On-site presence in São Paulo is required.

Qualificações

• Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (2nd year)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. AI Interest is very welcome.
• Intermediate English skills (mandatory).
• Spanish skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in workplace operations, facilities management, and corporate services.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Availability to work primarily on-site at our São Paulo office.

Responsabilidades

• Support invoice processing and administrative controls.
• Manage service requests and coordinate follow‑up actions with internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to regional reports and collaborate with colleagues across Latin America.
