Role Responsibilities and Activities:
- Execute benchmarking against competing shipping lines, monitor empty depots, and analyze market changes.
- Manage and report monthly ONE Seal stock, maintaining a minimum safety stock of three months.
- Assist in importing Seals and RMS to Brazil.
- Develop and implement new operational processes to improve workflows.
- Follow Regional M&R instructions and support Regional MNR activities.
- Analyze operations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Verify supplier invoices against approved services via EOS.
- Coordinate damage recovery for containers.
- Manage claims against local suppliers.
- Request and approve upgrades based on export demand, two weeks prior to export.
- Determine damaged units (without repair approval) for empty shipments in case of excess stock.
- Verify reefer service removal of parts before transporting heavily damaged reefers.
- Assist RHQ/GHQ with operational issues and communicate operational issues affecting the region.
- Maintain contact with local partners and suppliers to resolve problems before escalating to regional teams.
- Coordinate PTI positions and updates related to reefer shipments and PTI status.
- Monitor and expedite repairs of damaged reefers, ensuring timely reporting and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of reports requested by GHQ/RHQ.
- Register total loss cases and ensure proper de-identification of sold units.
- Complete Non-Conformance Reports for supplier failures and monitor supplier performance through KPIs.
- Handle equipment malfunctions promptly and perform audits on repair estimates and service providers.
- Authorize repairs within limits and process repair authorizations exceeding limits.
- Arrange for the disposal of damaged containers appropriately.

- Minimum five years of experience in MNR, preferably in a depot environment.
- Knowledge of UCIRC and CEDEX codes.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IICL standards and experience in logistics, repair shops, or shipping lines.
- Experience with BI tools, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Production, or Administration (or currently enrolled).
- Technical degree in Refrigeration, Mechanics, or related fields.
