Experienced Embedded Software Application Engineer

What you will do

At Vehicle Technology - DI&I, CSI and SED department, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. You will join a global product development team with these main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive systems;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions;
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.

Who are you?

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Engineering Degree in Electronics, Control & Automation, Computation, Mechatronics, or similar;
• Strong experience in automotive embedded system development;
• Knowledge of advanced embedded software development;
• Expertise in C and C++ programming;
• Good knowledge in integration, application software development, IOHAL, and platform software;
• Good debugging skills;
• Knowledge of EE architecture;
• Knowledge of communication protocols like Ethernet, CAN, etc.;
• Experience in Agile software development;
• Advanced written and spoken English skills.

Meritorious to have:

• Knowledge of ISO26262 functional safety and cybersecurity;
• Knowledge of Classic & Adaptive AUTOSAR software;
• Experience with DaVinci Developer and DaVinci Configurator;
• Experience with Model-Based Design.
