Position: Executivo de Relacionamento Comercial

The professional will work in the Porto Alegre region and will be responsible for:

1. Prospecting and managing clients (Pessoa Jurídica), focusing on insurance sales, aiming to expand the client portfolio and promote solutions tailored to the local market needs.
2. Providing service to clients in their portfolio, maintaining high satisfaction (NPS) and business sustainability.
3. Identifying and seeking new business opportunities within their current portfolio, exploring all products offered by Finlândia.
4. Structuring pipelines and specific action plans for marketing the product mix within their portfolio.
5. Monitoring the entire customer journey with the brokerage and insurers, including renewal deadlines.
6. Visiting and managing prospects and clients to strengthen and maintain relationships and seek new business opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in insurance sales (Mandatory).
2. Specific knowledge in Guarantee Insurance (Mandatory).
3. Complete Higher Education Degree (Mandatory).
4. Own vehicle (Mandatory).
