• Management/administration of a client portfolio - Corporate clients (small and medium-sized companies);
• Negotiation of contract adjustments;
• Work on increasing the number of lives in potential companies by scheduling team events and prospecting activities;
• Customer loyalty and retention;
• Degree in commercial and administrative fields - preferred;
• Ongoing or completed degree in commercial and/or administrative fields;
• Driver's license B (CNH);
