Executive Recruiter (Fluent English) | 100% Remote

What We Offer

  • R$4,500 / month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses
  • 100% remote recruit directly for the U.S. market
  • Long-term contract + real career growth opportunities
  • Monday to Friday, 12h21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)

What You'll Do

  • Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification
  • Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active
  • Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments
  • Manage full recruitment pipeline : job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up
  • Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updated

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Fluent English (C1 / C2) daily contact with U.S. clients
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems
  • Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results

Nice to Have

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline)
  • Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profile
  • Previous exposure to U.S. recruiting market
