The long-term vision is to evolve this position into a Chief of Staff-style partnership, where you'll help drive execution on key priorities across the business.

If you're ready to move beyond calendar management and email triage, if you're looking for an opportunity to lead from the side, influence strategy, and help shape a company's future, this is your seat at the table.

You'll oversee scheduling and communications, lead special projects, act as the gatekeeper and facilitator across functions, and help represent the executive office internally and externally.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, communications, travel, and business priorities with precision
    • Own preparation and follow-through for executive meetings, board sessions, and strategic events
    • Lead and track special projects and key initiatives that align with growth goals
    • Act as an internal liaison between the CEO and other executives, teams, partners, and stakeholders
    • Support strategic planning, investor communications, and executive branding efforts
    • Build scalable systems and processes that improve team and CEO efficiency
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion at all times
    • Help shape the executive office culture and become a cultural ambassador for the CEO
    Required Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or founders in high-growth, fast-paced environments
    • Proven ability to manage complex executive calendars, communications, and priorities across multiple time zones
    • Experience driving forward strategic initiatives, OKRs, or cross-functional projects at the executive level
    • Track record of implementing or improving systems, workflows, or internal communications
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity
    • Naturally anticipates the needs of others - stays two steps ahead without being asked
    • Experience coordinating board materials, investor prep, or executive-level presentations
    • Operates with absolute discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence in all interactions
    • Highly autonomous and self-directed - you get things done without waiting for permission
    • Expert in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), with comfort using collaborative tools like SharePoint, Zoom, Notion, or project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
    Desired Qualifications
    • Experience in growth-stage or private equity-backed companies
    • Experience supporting strategic planning, M&A activity, or investor relations
    • Board coordination and/or governance support experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish or European languages preferred)
    • A desire to grow into a Chief of Staff or operational leadership role over time
