What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as the primary owner of the EverHealth Revenue and Gross Margin models
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis focusing on KPIs and operational drivers of the business
• Collaborate with the EverHealth Leadership team on all aspects of financial models
• Serve as a OneStream power user and liaison with field FP&A teams regarding OneStream matters
• Participate in special projects as they arise

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant FP&A experience, including experience in a leadership role
• Strong advanced modeling skills, particularly with three-statement models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with senior finance executives
• Proficiency in finance software and tools, with advanced Excel skills; OneStream proficiency highly preferred
