About the Kings League
Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of permanent and temporary venue infrastructure.
  • Manage the development of venue master planning, translating event requirements into technical drawings and layouts.
  • Define and optimize venue space for operational services.
  • Manage Venue Fit-out, Bump-in, Bump-out and dismantling.
  • Oversee the design and management of both permanent and temporary power solutions.
  • Assist with setup and Installation of Field of Play design, Sport Equipment, Venue Dressing and Signage, Broadcasting infrastructure, Logistics and FF&E, IT and Telecom infrastructure.
  • Identify and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
  • Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accurate cost estimation and budget management.
  • Coordinate venue permit processes with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Oversee Facilities Management and Site Maintenance.
  • Provide support in planning the operations and service needs necessary for the type of event.
  • Coordinate event operations (preparing the venue, services, etc.) based on the guidelines and requirements of each case.
  • Perform the necessary final checks to ensure that everything is ready for the start day of the event.
  • Resolve with agility any incident during the execution of the event.
  • Analyze the outcome/success of the event and propose actions to correct inefficiencies and/or improve future editions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in event organization and/or audiovisual production.
  • Proven experience overseeing event venue infrastructure and operations.
  • Expertise in CAD drawing, space planning, and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate contractors and collaborate with suppliers.
  • Familiarity with regulations related to event operations, construction, and venue safety.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Implement, follow and document processes, plans and ideas.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Be a highly organized person, with good office and Excel skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain a cohesive and positive culture within the team while ensuring that all members know what is expected of them.
  • Knowledge of the streamer/Kings League world.
