Qualificações

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita em português e inglês.

Summary

We are seeking an Events & Brand Experience Lead to manage and execute marketing initiatives related to our sponsorship assets in São Paulo. This position will play a key role in implementing and activating sponsorship strategies, coordinating events, and promoting brand experiences across the state. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience in sponsorship activation, preferably in the betting or sports industry.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager of SP to develop and execute sponsorship activation strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Coordinate contracts for activations and events that are already underway.
  • Manage contract renewals and issuance of contracts for new negotiations.
  • Attract new partners and new activations
  • Create actions with the objective of positively working on the KTO brand in the market and carrying out actions that bring effective results, for the growth of numbers in the SP market
  • Contact with suppliers, budget and negotiation of values
  • Ease of negotiation
  • Create presentations of projects for presentation
  • Request for materials and art for events and campaigns. Detailed briefing, monitoring and approval of materials
  • Relationship, communication and negotiation of activations with influencers
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for sponsored assets and partners, ensuring mutual benefits and strict adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with other teams, particularly the Brand Experience team of the company, to promote sponsorship initiatives across various channels.
  • Monitor and report on sponsorship performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sponsorship, activations, and brand experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in live marketing or sponsorship activation, preferably within the betting or sports industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools for measuring sponsorship effectiveness.
  • Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the betting landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Availability to work on weekends, nights during the week and to travel for business as needed.

- Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;

Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
