In this role as Evaluator you will develop, create and validate fragrances as a part of complex regional or global projects, with clear understanding of customer needs, preferences and requirements, to guide value and ensure successful completion of external projects, according to Fragrance Evaluation goals.
You will work in São Paulo, Brazil and will directly report to our Creative Fragrance Team Director.
In this exciting role, your responsibilities will be:
• Responsible for briefs relating to a category/country/region or customer with guidance where required.
• Help win briefs by selecting suitable fragrances to meet customer needs.
• Write fragrance descriptions linked to marketing trends.
• Participate in proactive development projects.
• Collaborate directly with Perfumers to develop fragrance themes.
• Work and collaborate with colleagues throughout the project process to ensure meeting of customer requirements
• Manage the best fragrance collection, responding to gap analysis, market needs, market trends and incorporating Givaudan technologies
You - Your professional profile should include:
University degree or Masters in a relevant discipline;
Proficient in English
3+ years of experience in the fragrance creation business;
Lead development projects with different complexities and time frames;
Select and submit from oil or blind for activation projects
Opportunistic mindset for activation projects - able to balance speed of response and fragrance quality
Lead all required functional steps in the brief handling processes
