Your Mission

Be a goal-oriented individual, responsible for achieving sales targets and indicators, while providing the best shopping experience for customers in-store.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Focus on customer experience during service, following T&F standards.
• Enhance customer loyalty through relationship building and digital tools.
• Maintain store organization, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Engage in external sales via delivery, consignments, and digital Omnichannel platforms to boost results.
• Participate in online training to ensure continuous learning and stay updated with brand directives.
