We are seeking an intern to work in first-level technical support, assisting with maintenance and configuration of workstations, printers, mobile devices, and resolving basic network issues.

1. Responsibilities:
2. Assist users with support requests;
3. Register and document incidents;
4. Help install and configure workstations and devices connected to Wi-Fi;
5. Manage inventory of supplies;
6. Replenish supplies and components monthly;
7. Escalate more complex issues to higher levels.
8. Relationship with departments:
9. Interact mainly with the internal IT team, but also support administrative and operational areas of the plants.
10. Minimum requirement:
11. Interest in the IT infrastructure field.
